Select a quality machine with minimal usage that meets ComDoc standards.

Strip the machine down to its core and thoroughly clean all of the covers and accessories.

Remove all of the subassemblies.

Use an air compressor to ensure that ever last toner and paper dust particle is removed before reassembling the machine.

Thoroughly test the machine and run a multitude of tests to confirm the highest quality on every job.

Download and install all firmware updates onto the unit.

Check overall performance to include all accessories.

Send the unit to our QA inspector to be certified. This certification process is the same we use for our new machines.

Shrink wrap unit to maintain cleanliness prior to delivery.
