At ComDoc, we’re always looking for opportunities to improve the ways we support our customers. In 2001 we realized that we needed to change the way we approached the distribution of our solutions to our clients, and we opened our first Distribution Center in Tallmedge, Ohio. Due to our rapid growth, we quickly outgrew that location and in 2006 we moved to a new 60,000 square foot facility located in the Ascot Industrial Park. This facility allows us to rapidly serve our entire customer base throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, and West Virginia.
Currently, our Innovation and Distribution employs over 100 of our most talented partners. Due to the sheer size and scope of our operations, our employees are able to specialize within specific departments and processes. For instance, we have a full team dedicated to our Certified Pre-Owned program that is headquartered within our Innovation Center. The ability for our partners to specialize in this and other roles allows us to deliver a product or service that is leaps and bounds above our competition.
Located in Cuyahoga Fall, Ohio, our Innovation and Distribution Center is the key to our mission of being able to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

15 Dedicated Delivery Trucks
Our Delivery Team dispatches our 15 delivery trucks throughout our areas to over 150 stops per day to deliver, replace, and relocated equipment for our customers.
28-48 Hour Delivery
Our Innovation Center is able to provide 24-48 hour delivery of supplies and consumables for our products to the areas that we serve in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, and West Virginia.
